Famous numerologist Vidyabhushan took to his official X handle to reveal that the 24-year-old opening batter Yashasvi Jaiswal will open the innings along with Rohit Sharma in the forthcoming ICC ODI World Cup 2027.
Notably, the mega event is scheduled to be played in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia. Shubman Gill is currently the opening batter along with Rohit Sharma and is leading the Indian ODI series. On the other hand, Jaiswal is currently not a regular part of the One-Day set-up.
The numerologist, who took to his official X channel, wrote that Jaiswal is highly likely to get his chance in the mega event’s squad, adding that there is a strong possibility that he opens the innings alongside Rohit.

Jaiswal has played six One-Day Internationals (ODIs), scoring 285 runs at an impressive average of 71.25. Meanwhile, Rohit scored 175 runs in the recent three-match ODI series against England at an average of 58.33, highlighted by a magnificent 138 off 110 balls at Lord’s.
The marquee 50-over competition returns to Africa after 24 years. Back in 2003, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Kenya hosted the eighth Men’s Cricket World Cup. The International Cricket Council (ICC) announced twelve venues across South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia for the showpiece event.
